Duelyst Announces Frostfire Festival Winter Celebration
In a recent update on the Duelyst beta, Counterplay Games announced plans for celebrating the season with the Frostfire Festival. The Festival kicks off in the free-to-play game next week when the Snow Chasers will come out from their burrows to offer gifts to their allies, the Hearth-Sisters. The Snow Chasers will have all kinds of gifts for players, ranging from fun things like snowflake confetti to useful items such as crystallized nodes produced by Crystal Wisps that will allow you to access the Voices of the Wind and morph into different animal aspects.
As part of the event, Counterplay will also be issuing a Gift Box to every player who logs in after December 20th -- this will apply to every Duelyst account created before January 3, 2016.
In addition to the seasonal event, the Duelyst team also highlighted several changes and improvements coming to the game in the next update. For all the details, check in on the Duelyst forums.
