ESO High Isle

In ESO’s new chapter, High Isle, players can uncover the many secrets that lurk in Dreadsail Reef. “Dreadsail Reef is the island home of the Dreadsail pirates and their cunning Fleet Queen Taleria,” explains Mike Finnigan, ESO’s encounter’s lead.

With this new Trial, the goal was to create challenges that forced players to work together and focus on their individual roles and teamwork. Group coordination and everyone sticking to their job will be vital in this Trial. Dreadsail Reef is a complete experience where everyone in the team can feel like they helped the group accomplish their goals and it wasn't just a "one-person carry."

If players are successful in their mission to defeat the Pirate Queen Taleria there will be no shortage of collectibles and rewards. Players can get anything from the Stormsurge Howler mount, Stormsurge Body and Face Markings, the extremely extra “Swashbuckler Supreme'' title, or even Trial-specific item sets, including the useful Pearlescent Ward heavy set which when fully equipped, grants a bonus to your party’s damage in addition to their damage reduction based on how many members of your team are dead. This will be sure to come in handy during difficult boss battles with new fighting mechanics that may take some time to get used to in ESO’s new chapter.
