Fortnite Creative’s Unreal Editor Now Delayed Until March
The long-awaited game mode is pushed back once more.
Fortnite fans will have to wait a little longer as the Unreal Editor update planned for Fortnite’s Creative mode has been delayed until March. Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeny shared the news in response to a tweet from the @FNCreativeNews account where they expressed their excitement for the January release.

“Sorry, there will be no UEFN in January. We’re now targeting March.” Sweeny explained. Fortnite’s initial creative mode was first introduced in 2018. This allowed players to create their own maps and game modes. Following the mode's popularity, Epic Games then decided to incorporate the addition of Unreal Editor which would replace Fortnite’s initial Creative mode by allowing players to edit using Unreal Engine 5.1.
Sadly, players will have to wait a bit longer to see Creative 2.0, and may have to wait even longer, pending more delays.
