Get An Early Look At EverQuest 2’s Lure Of Darkness Update On The Beta Server
The test will offer a look at the upcoming season, raids, and more.

On March 25, Darkpaw Games will open the upcoming EverQuest 2 update, Lure of Darkness, up to players on the beta server. The test will offer a look at all the content coming in the MMORPG’s Update 128, including the new Overseer Season, raid content, new quests, new tradeskill content, and more.
While they’re billing it as an early look, they do ask players to give feedback on the content while on the test server via the game’s forums. Those interested in taking part can access the server via their LaunchPad. Instructions on how to do so can be found in the announcement on the EverQuest 2 site. Note that you’ll want to check your hard drive space before accessing the beta as it installs a sub-folder that takes up approximately the same space as the live game.
