Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed Launches First Big Free DLC
Introducing the newest ghost type: Glutton
Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed's first big DLC has dropped and it's free! Players will be able to learn about the new ghost type, Glutton, get some new gear–like the Disruptor Pylon and the Belt Gizmo–, obtain new cosmetics, and much more.
Those wanting to see some key features of DLC #1 can check out IllFonic’s VOD on Twitch and get all the juicy, slimy details. Players can also tune in today at 1 PM PST to watch a post-release stream. In addition, those tuning in will be able to get the rare Necroplast Skins for each of Ectoplast variants as a Twitch Drop. These drops will only be available until February 16, so don’t miss out.
How to participate in the Twitch Drops
1. Log in to Twitch
2. Connect your Twitch account to IllFonic
3. During the event, watch any participating Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed stream for at least one hour
4. For every hour you watch during the event, you'll get a new skin for up to 4 skins!
Lastly, those who like a good boss battle are going to love the next content update. When the new update drops, players will be able to enjoy a brand new game mode: Boss Rush. This mode allows ghostbusters to fight exclusively bosses. Participating in this mode is also the only way to unlock Unique Weapons as Starter Weapons.
Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed is available on PC on EPIC GAMES, PS4, PS4 Pro, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.
