Guild Wars 2 Fans In Seattle, Mark Your Calendars For A Community Meetup
The event is free, but you’ll need to reserve your space.
Are you a Guild Wars 2 fan in the Seattle area with nothing to do on August 30? Well, now you have something to do. And it’s even free. ArenaNet is hosting a fan event for the MMORPG that Friday between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm Pacific time at the Olympic Sculpture Park. The post points out that this venue is close to where PAX is taking place if you’re attending that already.
The event is free to attend, but there is a limited amount of space. That means that those wanting guaranteed entry will need to register via Eventbrite. There will be a “standby line” outside the venue for those who don’t register, just in case space opens up during the three-hour period. Do you really want to stand in line all night not knowing for sure if you’ll get in?
Those who sign up will need to bring both a picture ID and a copy of their ticket (printed or on your mobile device).
