Guild Wars 2 September Update Nerfs Some Of Y'all For Being Too PvE OP
Of course, there are fixes and quality of life changes as well.
A new patch has been released for Guild Wars 2. This update brings several fixes and changes for the overall improvement of the MMORPG. These include things like reducing the healing twisted mender enemies apply to each other, adding a fishing hole at the Wizard’s Respite, correcting Coconut’s level, and more. One big fix addresses an issue that prevented Sylvari players from completing the Hearts and Minds story if they happened to be disconnected after the Mordremoth fight.
The update also includes quite a few profession skill changes. These affect several classes and are intended to address builds that have been overperforming in PvE. Classes included in the list are Elementalist, Engineer, Mesmer, Necromancer, Ranger, Revenant, Thief, and Warrior. All of them have had various reductions applied to abilities. Some reduce the actual power of an ability while others reduce the duration. The full list of changes is available in the patch notes on the Guild Wars 2 site.
