Gwent Launches Tomorrow, And CD Projekt Red Has A Video To Teach You The Basics
Gwent is almost ready for its official launch, and to further stoke the anticipatory fires, CD Projekt Red has a new video that explains the basics of the game to would-be Witchers. If you're new to Gwent, the video does a fine job of explaining the basics of gameplay, as well as describing progression and deck construction.
Of course, nothing prepares you like the real thing, and you can try that out very soon, as Gwent exits its PC beta and launches in full on PC tomorrow, Oct. 23, with the arrival of the Homecoming update. That will also see the launch of the Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales single-player campaign, which is not technically part of the free-to-play Gwent release. The Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of Gwent will arrive on Dec. 4.
