Hi-Rez Studios' Staff Shaving Their Heads To Raise Money For Child Cancer Research
Hi-Rez Studios is trying to raise money to help with kids cancer research. Today, Hi-Rez Helps, which handles all of Hi-Rez's charity efforts, announced its participation in Brimstone Tavern, a fundraising event being held by St. Baldrick's Foundation. It's a fairly simple event. Individuals or teams set fundraising goals and as part of the deal, they shave their heads.
The Hi-Rez Helps team has set a $2,500 goal and they're already halfway there. Which of the Hi-Rez team has volunteered to give up their hair hasn't been officially stated, but we do know that the studio's CEO Stew Chisam is on the block. So, if you'd like to see Stew without hair, you should probably donate. Or, you know, donate because it's to help kids fight cancer. That's good, too.
The folks @HiRezHelps want me to shave my head for St Baldricks. I’m not doing it for nothing. Anyone willing to donate to cure childhood cancer in order to turn me into a 6’5” giant bald-ass cue stick? https://t.co/vGq54gV2NG
