Neverness to Everness Closed Beta

Hotta Studio, developer of Tower of Fantasy, is now accepting applications for the closed beta test of its next anime-style ARPG, Neverness to Everness (NTE). For those unfamiliar, NTE is set in a city forced to deal with anomalies. Players take on the roles of “Appraisers”, and as you’d expect from any gacha game, build teams out of the characters they meet and work with along the way, who each boast their own special abilities.

One thing that makes this game different from most anime gacha games is the vehicles that players can use to move around the world – and based on the questions in the beta survey may be customizable.

This will be a limited closed beta and will feature localization in English, Japanese, and both Simplified and Traditional Chinese. At present, there’s no actual test date. That information will come at a later time.

Those wanting to participate will need to sign up on the game’s site and fill out a survey. For the most part, the survey is what you’d generally expect: questions about the system you’ll be playing on, taste in games, and the like. That said, Hotta did ask one interesting question about players’ familiarity with them as the dev for Tower of Fantasy and how that affects their perception of this game.
