True to their word, Boss Key Productions has released the first official gameplay video for the upcoming Nexon title LawBreakers this morning. Also true to their word, we got our first glimpse at 4 of the character types players will be able to get their hands on this weekend at PAX and a taste of what the grappling hook play has in store in this augmented gravity world.

LawBreakers is an upcoming competitive FPS game from Cliff Bleszinski and Boss Key Productions. Featuring team-based action from any angle, its characters and spaces manipulate gravity to create a unique, dynamic style of gameplay that rewards skill – not streaks.

Revealed in the new footage are 4 characters:

  • Kitsune – An Assassin who is adept at getting in close very quickly and gaining an advantage through high maneuverability.
  • Breacher – A Gunner that is a “jack-of-all-trades” and excels at just about every area of combat.
  • Maverick – A Skirmisher specializing in death from above via a rocket pack.
  • Chronos – A Titan that brings brute force to the battlefield and unmistakably uses his rockets to jump higher in the trailer above.
  • Stay tuned to the official website for information on how you can get into an upcoming testing phase.
