Lost Ark Powerpasses

The Lost Ark development team has partially solved the issues affecting the game's Powerpasses. Specifically, they’ve resolved the issue with free in-game Powerpasses, including Punika and Vern. With those two taken care of, the devs are reinstating them. Powerpasses that need to be purchased from the game’s store are still disabled, however. There’s still work to be done there.

For those who were affected by the issues with the in-game Powerpasses, Smilegate is offering a compensation pack; The Punika Growth Support pack. This pack is intended to make up for players not being able to use Powerpasses on a new character and players will need to meet certain requirements in order to receive them. Players need to have either completed a quest to receive a free Powerpass after July 23 or have an unused free Powerpass and have logged in after July 23. The pack will include the following items:

  • T3 Leapstone Selection Chest I
  • Ancient Platinum Coin (20K Silver)
  • T3 Fusion Material Selection Chest I
  • Destruction Stone Crystal Pouch
  • Guardian Stone Crystal Pouch
  • Honor Shard Pouch (L)
