Mithril Interactive Kicks Off Dungeonborne's F2P PvPvE Steam Early Access
Think Dark and Darker type gameplay... but maybe better?
The wait is over and those who have been watching the progress of Mithril Interactive’s Dungeonborne can now hop into the action RPG's. The game is now available to everyone to play for free via Steam Early Access.
With the start of early access, the developer also dropped a brief content release roadmap. Effectively, they listed four things that players can expect between now and August. Included are a skill selection system, a classic mode map difficulty, new class skills, and the Clotho’s Trial game mode. The latter offers players new gameplay and rewards as well as a chance to become the King of Clotho.
Players won’t have to wait long for some of these features. As noted in the post, the classic mode map difficulty will unlock the first week of early access, and the new class skills are already here. Players now have more options for Fighter, Priest, Rogue, Cryomancer, and Death Knight that will allow them to customize their character.
Early access is expected to last anywhere from 3-6 months, but it could run longer based on player feedback. At launch, there will still be a version of the game that is F2P, but we'll have to wait for more details on any type of limitations to that F2P access.
