MU Online Season 13: Part 2 Set For Release On March 5

The next major update for WEBZENs' MMORPG MU Online is on its way. Season 13: Part 2 is scheduled to be introduced to the game during scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, March 5th, when it will add a level cap increase, a new Master Accessory Item, the Rage Fighter's Archangel Weapon, and more.

To prepare players for the update, WEBZEN is hosting several "warm-up" events on the game's official site. The team is getting things rolling with a player recruitment event. Players who invite a friend to play with them will be able to send that friend a free Returner's Package. They'll also receive +13 3rd Wings with Luck if they manage to get 3 of their friends to return and purchase a "Friend Package." This event kicks off today and will last until the update launches on March 5th.

Two more -- currently un-announced -- events will follow the update's launch on the fifth. Players will need to keep an eye on the game's site to find out more about those.

Until then, there are a few other things players can do to get some free goodies -- well... some players. Anyone who plays a Rage Fighter can earn free gifts by sharing screenshots of their Rage Fighter characters to the MU Online Facebook for a chance to win special rewards.
