NCSoft Suing NetMarble For Infringing Lineage II Copyright
NCSoft is apparently a tad upset with one of its partners. Netmarble, the company that NCSoft had been working on Lineage II: Revolution with, is now being sued for copyright infringement. The suit claims that Netmarble took elements from the Lineage II IP to use in its mobile game Aden without permission.
According to MMOCulture, who broke the story, Netmarble contends that no infringment has occurred on their part due to the fact that Aden is a mobile game. However, that claim does seem a bit odd as Lineage II: Revolution is a mobile game.
It will be interesting to see how this will impact the partnership and any further work on Revolution. We'll just have to wait and see.

Once long ago they quite badly messed up a game that had decent potential and when everyone complained about it on the closed beta forums they just closed up shop and ran with a tail between their legs... How fitting.
Total suckers hands down, i don't get how marbles managed to attach their sorry hides to NCguys and why NCguys allowed that leech to attach itself to them..
Marbles must have licked a lot of boots and kissed a lot more arses to achieve that.
Heh, evidently the only thing they're good at.
