Level Cap Raise And New Content Revealed In Phantasy Star Online 2: NGS Headline Wave Stream
The first stream of the year details new mini-episodes, exploration quests, and more.

Yesterday, SEGA hosted the first NGS Headline Wave of 2026, offering Phantasy Star Online: New Genesis players a look at their plans for the free-to-play MMORPG. The stream details content updates coming to the game, including a level cap raise to 115 and new mini-episodes.
The mini-episodes will drop on February 4 and will feature companions sharing their feelings following the battle with Vael. Some episodes will feature Nadereh and Manon discussing music found in the Nameless City.
Speaking of the Nameless City, players can look forward to a new exploration quest in the region. Specifically, players will explore the district of the Neon City, where they will gather as many exploration points as they can in a specific amount of time.
