Orcs Must Die! Unchained Update Introduces New Hero
Developer Robot Entertainment and publisher Gameforge announced today that the most recent update for their free-to-play tower defense game, Orcs Must Die! Unchained, will introduce a bloodthirsty new hero by the name of the Bloodspike. A brutal smasher, Bloodspike doesn't always differentiate between friend and foe. His passive, "Thirst for Blood," will cause damage to ally and enemy alike. On the upside for Bloodspike, all this damage results in drops of meals he can consume to regain health.
In addition to the new hero, the update includes a variety of other changes. Using player feedback, the developers have made the crafting system more accessible and made adjustments to both meta gameplay and survival mode.
These changes are detailed in the patch notes.
