Sea of Thieves Season Ten Community Weekend

Something to look forward to as the weather gets colder and the reason to stay inside playing video games grows stronger.

The Season Ten Community Weekend for Sea of Thieves is set to commence on Saturday, December 2 — at 11 AM (UTC) and will last for 48 hours. This event is designed to celebrate the open world game's player community, offering various activities and rewards. Players are encouraged to tune in to Twitch to raise the Community Emissary Grade, which in turn boosts gold, reputation, Seasonal Renown, Allegiance, and Guild Reputation. The Guilds introduced in Season Ten will also benefit from these boosts, providing opportunities for collaborative progression.

Twitch Drops will be part of the festivities too, featuring exclusive items like the Eastern Winds Ruby Pristine Jacket, Gilded Phoenix Pistol, Eastern Winds Ruby Wrap Dress, and Gilded Phoenix Blunderbuss. A special drop, the Obsidian Captain's Drapes, will be unlocked if Sea of Thieves reaches the top 10 game categories on Twitch during the weekend.

Then there’s Pop-Up Plunder, a popular game introduced in a previous Community Weekend. It makes a return with a refreshed loot pool and new social media clues. This time, crates full of fish from the Sea of Thieves will be buried, adding an element of chance to the game. Additionally, sweet Ashen Tomes will be hidden, providing rewards for those working on related Commendations.

To celebrate the release of Skull of Siren Song Voyages, a new competitive World Event in November's update, a time-limited player Title called "Victor of Siren Song" will be awarded to players who successfully deliver a Skull of Siren Song within the 48-hour period of the Community Weekend.

As for in-game login bonuses, those include the Season Ten Community Weekend Flag and the Snapping Shark Emote — available to all players participating in the event. Also the Pirate Emporium will extend its Black Friday Sale until the end of the Community Weekend, offering discounted cosmetics. A sale on the merchandise store will feature the Season Ten Community Weekend T-shirt and flag, allowing players to represent the event's special colors throughout the year.

Last but not least, a Picture Wall will be available for players to showcase their in-game achievements and outfits, with the theme reflecting the Season Ten Community Weekend.
