Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6-35 Release Date

It’s almost time to head back to Eureka in Final Fantasy XIV. On Tuesday, March 7, Square Enix will be dropping the MMO’s next patch, 6.35. This new patch will continue Hildibrand’s adventures and introduce the next step in the Hilidbrand relic weapon creation. (Somehow there will probably be more magic Manderville sweat involved.)

Speaking of shiny items you hit things with, the update also introduces the Splendorous Tools enhancement quest. Get ready crafters and gatherers, it’s time to head back to the first. The Crystalline Mean will be busy once again.

We’ll also be leaving the Source to hang out on the moon with the Loporrits for their very own set of Tribal Quests. These will be the last ones for Endwalker and players will be helping the moon buns find a new purpose. (In the form of a nightclub?) It looks like we’ll be getting the Loporrit ear dance thing as a reward for that, too.

And, of course, there is the launch of the game’s latest deep dungeon activity, Eureka Orthos. Players will head to a secret laboratory located deep under the Crystal Tower – a place where all kinds of questionable research took place and the ancient Allagans played with immortality, cloning, and control over the divine. And well… now that the Warrior of Light has punched nearly every god in the face, they need to find something to do, so why not poke around in the secrets of a long-dead empire and get some treasure out of it?

You can scope out new info posted to the patch's section of the 6.3 special site.

In related news, the XIV team is headed to PAX East. Game producer and director Yoshi-P will be there, in the Albatross Theater on Friday, March 24 answering player questions. If you’re attending the convention, we suggest fitting this one into your schedule. If you can’t be there in person, you can watch the stream live via Twitch on the XIV or PAX East 2 channels. You can also still ask a question using a designated forum thread. Just be sure you get them in by the end of the day on Monday, March 6. Full details on how to participate can be found on the Final Fantasy XIV Lodestone.
