Star Trek Online Adds Cross Faction Support Carrier Bundle To The C-Store
New support carriers have been added to the inventory in Star Trek Online's C-Store. Or, rather, two new ones -- a Dominion and a Romulan ship -- and upgraded versions of Federation and Klingon starships. This is the second bundle featuring ships from four factions to appear on the C-Store and they are all available in both non-fleet and fleet variants. The fleet versions will unlock when players complete their fleet starbase's Tier 3 shipyard.
Since this is a new bundle, Cryptic is offering players an introductory discount. Between now and August 24, players can pick up the ships individually for 2400 ZEN, or... grab the bundle of all four ships and four fleet ship modules for 8000 ZEN. Once the sale is over, the prices will go up to 3000 and 10,000 ZEN respectively.
