V Rising Film Contest

Stunlock Studios is celebrating spooky season by offering V Rising players a chance to win some real-world goodies. All they need to do (Said sarcastically as we know it’s not the easiest assignment.) is put together a 15 to 45-second Halloween-themed video in the spirit of the game. What players create is up to them, so long as it’s appropriate to the spooky season and V Rising. “The ideal submission is original, evocative, and interesting,” so keep that part in mind.

V Rising fans have until October 24 to submit their entries via the Playerstate portal. It can’t be any longer than 60 seconds and has to be in either QuickTime, .mov, or MP4 file format. While it needs to be at least 1280x720 HD 720P, it can’t be larger than 500mbs. Keep it clean too. It’s supposed to be spooky, but there shouldn’t be any porn or excessive gore. (Although you can get away with something a bit R-rated.)

Once the contest is over, winners will be chosen. First place will get a Razer Blade gaming laptop and V Rising swag. Second place will get a Steelseries Apex M800 Keyboard and V Rising Swag. And third place will receive V rising Swag. Swag for all three includes a T-Shirt, Mug, and stickers. The top two winners will also receive a hoodie.
