Smilegate Released The "Destined For Destruction" Update For Lost Ark, Get Your Hammer Time On Now
And it's a mighty big one!
After April's big update for Lost Ark, Smilegate is ready to release their next patch for the West. Under the name "Destined for Destruction", the update brings the new Destroyer Advanced Class, the first Legion Raid, and a boatload of other changes!
The man of the hour, Destroyer, is all about cracking heads with an oversized hammer. It's slow, of course, but capable of "launching, pushing, and pulling enemies" like ragdolls, crushing everything in sight if they cross his hammer. It'll be the brothers of the Berserker, Paladin, and Gunlancer classes, becoming the fourth iteration of the Warrior Advanced Class line. Thanks to Smilegate, you can learn a bit more about its unique abilities, skills, and playstyle in the Destroyer Lost Ark Academy.
And you may need to bring the Destroyer along for the Valtan Legion Raid, making its first-ever appearance in the Western version of Lost Ark. Players will encounter a difficult range of Legion Commander inside the Raid: each with diverse characteristics, abilities, and mechanics. As your team conquers each battle, you will activate checkpoints that save your progress, but before stepping into the Legion Raid, players will need to be item level 1215 to attempt normal and 1445 for hard. You can check out all the rewards you can earn from the Valtan Lost Ark Academy.
We've barely scratched the surface when it comes to everything the patch offers, so be sure to read the notes on the Lost Ark website. Besides that, are you pumped to jump into May's patch tomorrow? Let's chat about it in the comments!
