SWC 2023

Christmas, New Years, Smite World Championship. That is the proper order of things. On January 5, Hi-Rez will be kicking off Season 9 of the SWC with the Group Stage events. As always, these will be streamed and fans who watch the tournaments can earn goodies – provided their Hi-Rez and Twitch accounts are linked.

For watching the Group Stage events January 5-8, players can receive a total of 10k viewer points, a Smite Pro League avatar, a SPL Teams Jump Stamp, a Pro League Bellona, and a SWC Champion Chang’e. Players will need to watch four hours on each day of the Group Stage to receive that days items.

The Championship is slated to take place January 13-15. On these days, players can earn items for watching an hour of content. The more hours they watch, the more they get. The breakdown is as follows:

  • Friday (January 13)
    • 1 hour – SWC IX Title
    • 2 hours – Alienware Ra
    • 4 hours – 25k Viewer Points
  • Saturday (January 14)
    • 1 hour – SWC S9 Avatar
    • 2 hours – SWC Starlet Hera
    • 4 hours – Bonus Odyssey Chest
  • Sunday (January 15)
    • 1 hour – SWC S9 Jump Stamp
    • 2 hours – Twitch Ymir
    • 3 hours – Awesome Chest
    • 4 hours – SWC Thanatos skin

Players will be able to claim their rewards via Twitch. Instructions on how to do so are available on the Smite site.
