Things Will Get Fiery During Final Fantasy XIV’s Moonfire Faire
It’s the gear.

Ah. It’s time for Final Fantasy XIV’s Moonfire Faire again. Time does fly, even in MMORPGs. On August 10, players of level 30 or higher will need to head to Limsa Lominsa and look for Mayaru Moyaru in the Upper Decks. There they will be given a mission. A mission that we don’t know what is at the moment.
We do know what the reward is that players will receive at the end of it, though. Some people are going to be very excited. Some, less so. But hey, a goodie is a goodie. This year, said goodie is the Phoenix Riser gear. There are two items: a helmet and a suit. They’re not gender locked and are dyable, so if you don’t like red, you’re good. We’re uncertain as to whether the gear has any effects, but if the image above is any indication, it looks like it might have flames – which is appropriate considering its name.
