Tomorrow's Launch Of The Marvel Rivals Spring Festival Drops A Whole New Limited Time Football-Like Mode
By "football" I mean more like the American version than the fútbol version.

January may be a bit of a weird time to be holding any event in your game that says "spring" in the title, but Marvel Rivals has decided to to just that with tomorrow's launch of the shooter's "Spring Festival." As part of the event, Star-Lord, Black Widow, and Iron Fist all get some cosmetic love as shown in the trailer below. Star-Lord's costume is free to all players, while Black Widow and Iron Fist see their new "Clashing Lions" costumes added to the game's cash shop.
If you're looking for a little something to do, take on other players in the 3v3 Clash of Dancing Lions. While the mode looks a lot like Lúcioball from Overwatch 2, things seem to skew a bit more towards American football rather than "soccer." Instead of just punching, kicking, or using abilities to boot the ball into goals, the video below seems to show a game mode that requires you to pick up the ball and run it into the goal without getting smashed by your opponents. We'll see for sure when the action starts tomorrow.
The event is free for all players.
