A City Rises From The Fog As Torchlight: Infinite Reveals “The City Of Aeterna” Expansion
The ruins of the once great city of Leptis contain plenty of hidden treasures.
Torchlight: Infinite is getting a big, new update and it’s coming in just a little under a month. On September 8, players will be able to travel to the ruins of a once-great city in the new “The City of Aeterna” update. This Season 2 update will take players to the ruins of a city once known as Leptis – a place that’s catnip for explorers looking for treasure, and maybe some ancient magic that might be of use to them.
The fog is rising on the city, making it easier to find. Now it’s your turn to try to grab some of the city’s treasures. Just keep in mind that it’s a dangerous place and you could become trapped there.
Prior to the MMO's update launch, XD Games will be hosting a preview livestream on YouTube and Twitch. The stream will take place on August 26 at 12 pm Pacific. While we’re on dates, you may note that our article states the update will launch on September 8, while the video below says September 7. The date above is from the press release. That said, the video does give a time of “17 PM” Pacific time – so the September 8 day is likely to include anyone in time zones that would have ticked into the next day by that point.
