The first guide focuses on equipment, an important element within the upcoming looter scooter. Within this guide, the developers delve into systems that can empower Descendants' weaponry and explore the newly introduced equipment options.
The second guide dives into the Module System, a feature that empowers players to augment both their Descendants and weaponry. Modules, once referred to as Runes during the last Steam Beta, have undergone a transformation to better align with the futuristic ambiance of The First Descendant. Consequently, the visual design of these items has evolved to resemble chipsets. This guide explains various alterations, including the application of modules, module socket types, and the mechanics behind increasing Capacity Cost.
