Ghost Recon Breakpoint Maintenance Mode

Sometimes it feels like video games are the only place where things can end without actually ending. Case in point, today Ubisoft announced via Twitter that both Ghost Recon Breakpoint and Ghost Recon Wildlands will no longer be receiving any updates. The servers will, however, still remain up. So, you know…Maintenance mode.

The last bit of content added to Breakpoint was an update that introduced the Ubisoft Quartz NFTs to the game. The system was designed to allow players to earn playable NFT cosmetics, known as Digits. Each Digit had a serial number and would also be associated with the player’s name. Whether or not the introduction of NFTs to the game four months ago had an impact on today’s decision was not revealed. The game certainly did have other issues. That said, feel free to draw your own conclusions. Odds are, you have some chance of being correct.

Look nft's are a fun ridiculous nonsense betting gamblers market, its just so daft and stupid, you wonder why?.
Gaming companies need to look at what they are?
Are they a gambling companies or game developers?.
The two, do not match. At all.
I think game companies who are trying to APPLY NFT's onto us are just plain and undeniably open about being as GREEDY as they can.
These game companies just want to bleed money out of our pockets, this is pure extortion of a good gaming world and good gamer vibes.
