Dota 2’s Newest Hero Is A Froggy Bard Class
This shamanic bard tailors songs to his needs.

If you've been feeling that something is missing in Dota 2… something a bit musical and magical… like a bard… Well, it’s not missing anymore. Today, Valve revealed Largo, a bard of a different type. Described by the devs as the “shamanic head of the bardmonk order”, Largo is also a frog. As a bard, he has his quirks. First, his songs are built around his needs. Second, he apparently has a prehensile tongue capable of “all kinds of tricks”.
Largo is part of today’s patch 7.40 update and will be taking over the Dota 2 menu for a while. The devs note that players don’t need to worry, as the Monster Hunter event is still going and players have plenty of time to do what they need to do for that. They’ve also announced that the crossover expedition pack is on sale for the holidays. If you’d like to find out more about Largo or the free-to-play MOBA's new update, the patch notes are available on the Dota 2 site.
