Fortnite Chrome

Epic Games' Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4: Paradise has been drenched in Chrome. This mysterious substance has consumed the island and is ready to consume the player as well. With the new item, Chrome Splash, nothing can stand in your way. All walls are now penetrable with this item and players will be able to jump right through a building to get the drop on their opponent. Heck, players can even use this item to Chrome-ify themselves. After becoming dipped in Chrome, players will be immune to fire damage for a limited time and will morph into a Blop when sprinting. This form will allow players to move faster, be immune to fall damage, and gain the ability to air dash.

While some have embraced Chrome, others are doing their best to avoid the substance. Take Condo Canyon for example, now called Cloudy Condos, this elevated platform can only be reached using a D-Launcher, and will help players have the high ground.

Other notable changes are those made to Sniper Weapons. Sniper Weapons have had their damage and their headshot multipliers increased. Now, expert marksmen and trick shooters have their time to shine, because now one shot could be all it takes to send someone back to the Lobby.

Next, there may come a time when a player is under assault and finds themself with nowhere to hide. This is the perfect time for a Port-A-Bunker. Players can throw down the Port-A-Bunker to create an instant 1x1 structure featuring reinforced metal walls, a versatile ramp, doors, and defensive tires that will bounce away would-be-invaders.

Players excited about the upcoming Battle Pass can check out the Season's trailer below and then check out Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4’s official cinematic trailer as well. Those who want to read the full notes can do so on Epic Game’s site.
