We are just under a week away from the start of this year's E3 expo where we will get our first real gameplay look at Wargaming's upcoming World of Warships. In preparation for the debut, Wargaming has jumped the gun (see what I did there?) and released a new cinematic trailer for the naval MMO.

The trailer features much of what you would expect from a game called World of Warships. Lots of ships and lots of war. And while the trailer is probably a little more sensationalized then what we can actually expect in terms of real gameplay, it does give us a good idea of the types of ships and weaponry we will have at our disposal.

I am certainly interested in seeing how carriers will operate since the trailer alludes to them controlling mass groups of fighter planes instead of the usual direct firepower brought by other ships. It's just too bad World of Warplanes couldn't be integrated with Warships.

The game cant be good, he use the same enigne form 3 games, World of Tanks, world of Planes and World of Ships, and the engine is so outdatet. And you have only a change when you pay for play or you have no fun after all.

@ Adrian87 clearly you don't know anything about wargaming.net .. all their games except for the buy to play are 100% free to play, Most tanks that are only bought by gold are mostly crapper than the ones they have for free ( tech tree) and others are just for fun tanks... so don't worry.

Been playing world of tanks since beta and none so far have matched it's free to play model...

Trailer looks good. I'm curious to see how the game is gonna be like with the "free-to-win" model or whatever they call it. They say they are gonna be using it for all their games. I'm not saying it's not an improvement compared to the shop model before, but i doubt it will make much difference.
