World of Warships 15.0 Update Brings New European Battleships, A Commander Collaboration And More
The latest “Salvage for Victory” event brings a new French submarine as well.

A new World of Warships update launched today, bringing plenty of fresh content to the free-to-play naval war strategy game. Update 15.0 brings seven new Pan-European battleships to Early Access, including Yavus Sultan Selim, Tegetthoff, Laudon, Chios, Enigheten, Gustav den Store, and Thor. The ships are all armed with long-range torpedoes, each scaling based on ship tier. Tier V ships and above are equipped with a time-based Emergency Engine Power that can be used to change position quickly. Tier VIII and above feature Surveillance Radar.
On February 5, it kicks off the latest “Salvage for Victory,” bringing the French submarine Surcouf with it. This will be the final week of the 15.0 update, and by participating, players have the opportunity to earn the French submarine Surcouf. The sub is armed with four forward torpedo tubes, two stern-based triple launches, and more.
A new update also means a new Commander. In this case, the devs have collaborated with YouTuber martincitopants, who will appear in the game as Commander Captain Mart. The Commander is accompanied by permanent camouflage and can be unlocked via a special mission.
