Action MMORPG Vindictus Rolls Out Challenging "Cavern Of Enmity" Raid And Summer Reward Events
A bit of something for everyone.
Vindictus, the long-running action MMORPG by developer Nexon, has rolled out a challenging new raid and two summer events where players can gain items, weapons, and armor sets.
The newest raid, Season 4: Episode 5 Extra Raid: Cavern of Enmity, pits players against the ancient warrior Cessair. She wields numerous floating blades and two swords in her hands, determined to overwhelm her opponents with wild slashes and quick jabs. Regardless if players are near or far, the debuff Cessair can inflict makes the raid a dangerous endeavor. Those who participate should expect a tough encounter.
Outside of the new challenging content, the summer events: "Last Chance Check-In!" and "No Limit Rentals" will keep players busy and bring some good benefits. "Last Chance Check-In!" runs until July 12, and players are encouraged by the Vindictus team to sign up by June 28 if they want to earn all the event rewards. In the line-up of what players can get are divine blessing stones, recovery potions, and EXP capsules. However, on a player's 14th login day, they will receive an event exclusive White Feather/White Butterfly Dance Outfit.
The outfit isn't just for looks, though, because it grants a player +5 Wardrobe Points, 20+ attack, and +5 movement speed inside towns. On the downside, all rewards are restricted to one character, so choose wisely!
But in the case of the "No Limit Rentals" event, players with level 105+ characters can rent +13 Milletian weapons and entire armor sets until September 20. From the equipment rental menu, a single character can rent out the items but cannot change their stats or appearance with them equipped. Of course, the items are not shareable through Marketplace, and if accidentally destroyed, players can receive them again from the equipment rental menu.
You can read the patch notes and summer events page on the official Vindictus website.
