AdventureQuest 3D Celebrates The Lunar New Year And Rio's Carnaval With Events
Go get your dragon-themed and/or colorful gear.
In celebration, AdventureQuest 3D is holding an event for players. Saber, located in the Social District, offers quests and shops filled with rewards based on the year 2024’s animal representative: the dragon. Rewards are available in the new Dragon Scaled Guardian shop, which features exclusive golden dragon armor available only to Dragon Guardians.
Those who have purchased the Dragon Guardian upgrade can obtain the entire set for free from this shop. Additionally, Saber introduces the Moonlight Shop — where players can trade special items for Moonlight Biscuits obtained from monsters in Darkovia during February. These biscuits can also be exchanged for Lucky Envelopes, a nod to the real-life tradition of giving red envelopes during Lunar New Year celebrations.
Also, as Carnaval approaches in Rio, the festivities extend to the MMORPG's Social District with the arrival of the Carnaval Sneevils. Players can join the two-week-long celebration, collecting Carnaval Feathers to trade for colorful gear with the Adventuretainer.
Additionally, the developers over at Artix Entertainment have heard players’ feedback of the new intro zone, Battleon Foothills, and made adjustments based on that.
