Albion Online Celebrates Spring By Offering Players A Cute Bunny Mount

Only during Easter do eggs and bunnies make sense together. So, it’s a good thing that Albion Online is offering players the chance to find special eggs containing bunnies that can be raised into Tier 8 mounts as part of their Rites of Spring event.

Yes, over the next two weeks, players of the MMORPG will find their days filled with eggs, chocolate, and bunnies. Specifically, players will be opening Spring Treasure Chests and collecting all sorts of goodies. If they come across Chocolate Eggs, they’ll get a 30-minute 15% Fame boost. Although that’s probably not what they’ll really be after.

The real prize is a Cottontail Egg. Don’t try to eat that one – unless you like the taste of rabbit. Instead, use the egg to raise your own Tier 8 bunny mount. That would be either a Spring Cottontail or a Caerleon Cottontail. Both have a Hop ability that they can use to avoid danger, but the Caerleon is a bit more special. Its Rabbit Frenzy ability is apparently terrifying.

In addition, players will also be able to collect Colored Eggs, which contain more Chocolate Eggs and some Surprise Eggs that can be traded to a Vanity Merchant for various goodies.
