Albion Online Coming To Xbox In April
And it does include cross-platform play.

Xbox fans who are looking for a new MMORPG to play will have something to try out soon. Sandbox Interactive announced plans to bring Albion Online to the console on April 21 earlier today. This will be the fourth platform on which the game is available, including iOS, Android, and PC. That also makes it the first entry into the console space.
The Xbox version of the game has been optimized for the console, with a new UI and dedicated controller scheme. The devs have also taken the time to change up things like the marketplace and inventory to make them easier to navigate.
For those wondering, cross-play will be enabled in the Xbox version. So, those who have been playing on other devices will be able to use the same account and continue where they left off.
