Amazon Games Shares March Of Giants Closed Alpha Test Kicks Off Today
You know the drill. If you signed up, check your email.
Less than a week from the MOBA’s initial reveal, Amazon Games’ March of Giants is entering its first round of closed beta testing. Players have been able to sign up via Steam over the last five days. Those who have done so will want to check their email for messages from Steam to see if they’ve been selected. For those who haven’t, as of this writing, it looks like the ability to request access is still available.
As for what to expect from this test, as the devs noted when they revealed the game, this is a real test, rather than a promotional thing. So, they’re looking for players willing to offer feedback and who are experienced in playing MOBAs. They also explained that this test would have an NDA of sorts.
The test will run for eight days, from today until September 10. During this time, it will feature scheduled matchmaking hours, starting with two rounds of two-hour matchmaking periods today. The full schedule is outlined on the game’s Steam page. Those curious can also find the confidentiality clause and minimum hardware requirements for participation on the same page.
