Apex Legends Gun Run

Apex Legends players will blur the lines between hunter and hunted in the Beast of Prey Collection Event. In Apex Legends' new limited-time mode, Gun Run, players will face off in a fast-paced, quick burst experience against three other squads in a race to master a wide range of weapons. Each time a player gets a kill with a weapon, players will then be given the next highest weapon on the track.

The final weapon in the track is a new and exclusive throwing knife. Players will need to work together as a team and be the first squad to score a kill with the throwing knife to win the match. Gun Run will be available to play starting today and last until October 4 on Skulltown and Fragment East (World’s Edge) maps.

In addition, to those who love to collect limited-time items, players will be able to collect 24 themed limited-time cosmetics. Beast of Prey features new Legendary skins for Horizon, Lifeline, Loba, Fuse, Pathfinder, Octane, and Rampart.

Then, to finish up, let’s talk about Apex Legends and how they will be improving the competitive integrity of iron sights. One big change is the idea that skins/cosmetics shouldn't be a factor in sight functionality. Therefore, the Heat Sink skin has been updated to make things fairer. Another example that has been updated is the Flatline “Revelations'' skin. These changes were made with the idea that any competitive advantage should be based on honing skills, not buying skins.
