Blizzard To Drop The First Post-Dragonflight Content Update In World Of Warcraft January 24
Trading Post follows not long after.
Dragonflight 10.0.5 will arrive in World of Warcraft on January 24, according to a post on the game’s site. The headline feature in this update is the Trading Post, which will arrive on the morning of February 1. At that point, players can begin work on monthly activities and earn rewards in the form of transmogs, pets, and mounts – the usual stuff.
The update also introduces the new Primal Storm event: The Storm’s Fury. This event will take place every five hours. Players must go to the Temporal Conflux portal in Thaldraszus when it’s active to participate. Participants will earn the Essence of the Storm, a currency that can be exchanged for rewards. Again, that’s mounts, pets, the usual stuff.
The final thing mentioned in the post is the ability to add Common and Poor quality gear to the Appearances collection. Mix and match all you want.
Note: Activision Blizzard is still under investigation by the state of California for serious harassment charges. CEO Bobby Kotick is alleged to have known about such actions within his company – and performed some himself – and shielded the perpetrators from consequences.
