COD Rebirth of the Dead Call of Duty’s mid-season update for Warzone and Vanguard is right around the corner. Starting on July 26 at 9 AM PT, Call of Duty: Vanguard will be updated followed by Call of Duty: Warzone at 9 AM PT on July 27. Both games will receive new playlists and a new Assault Rifle to unlock, while Vanguard Multiplayer players will also get Desolation, a medium-sized intricate village map set at a Pacific Listening Station.

In addition, the Model T-800 and T-1000 Terminators will arrive from the future via Operator Bundles and there will also be “Titanium Trials: Endurance” in Caldera, and the rise of Zombies in Rebirth of the Dead.

Enough about the future though, or even Terminators arriving from the future, let’s talk about what you can do in-game now. Currently in Warzone there are several “cursed chests” hidden around the newly discovered island of Fortune’s Keep. These chests contain power-ups and high-quality items, however, these chests can only be unlocked by brave souls who survive a hungry horde of Zombies.

In other exciting news, the mid-season update will be bringing Caldera: Portable Redeploy Balloons as well as a nitro boost to the Armored SUV.

Players will also be able to participate in a re-imagined version of Zombies Royale in Rebirth of the Dead. Eliminated Operators will return as zombies and pursue the remaining humans. To those skilled enough to win a match as a human, they will receive the animated “Last Alive” Calling Card.

Next, inspired by the machines of the future, Operators will need to gear up for the Titanium Trials in Caldera. During this event, to simulate the toughness of a Terminator model, the maximum base armor threshold will be increased to 300 hit points. Titanium Trials: Endurance will go live on August 11 for two weeks.

Players that would like to learn more about the upcoming events and weapons as well as the addition of Model T-800 and T-1000 Terminators can read the full rundown on Call of Duty’s site.
