Eve Online Monument

Eve Online, CCP Games’ sci-fi MMO, has had players fighting battles in space for two decades, and the company is busy celebrating the milestone. One of the ways they’re celebrating is by expanding the EVE Monument – a monument with players’ names inscribed on it.

Titled “The Worlds Within A World”, the monument is located in Reykjavik, Iceland that was put up during the game’s 10th anniversary. Now, ten years later, CCP had decided to expand the monument and offer new players the ability to have their names added to the list.

To have their names engraved on the monument, players will need to have an active Omega account on May 6. If they do, then the character with the highest amount of Skill Points will be engraved alongside everyone else’s. Those who already have their names on the monument will have the additional honor of having a titan chevron icon carved next to their names. They’ll also be able to decide whether a different character will be engraved on the monument – as it’s possible a different one may have the higher Skill Point Count now.

The whole thing will be revealed at the Eve Fanfest – including a renewal of all tiles on the current monument and an updated webpage where players can look for their names.
