Commander Booker's Trippy Frigate Makes Its Way To Star Trek Online

Starting May 4, Star Trek Online players will be able to get their hands on the the frigate flown by Cleveland Booker in season 3 of Star Trek: Discovery -- otherwise known as a Kwejian Pilot Frigate. The T6 ship is a unique offering because of its ability to morph, something that will apparently be useful to players in combat -- no matter what generation ships it's going up against.
The ship's design makes it highly maneuverable. However, that does come at a bit of a cost. When using the morph reversal ability, players will be able to quickly turn around but, while it's happening, weapons and other systems will be disabled. The other morphing ability benefits players in that it can reduce the damage caused by hull-to-hull impacts and allows players to leverage this in a maneuver that effectively smashes the ship into enemy ships.
Basically, this just looks like a really cool ship to add to the collection. More details on the ship are available on the STO site.
