Console Crossplay Comes To Vigor With Season 21: Bloodline
PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch players now have a larger matchmaking pool.

With the launch of Season 21: Bloodline today, Bohemia Interactive’s Vigor expands the pool of players available for matching on consoles. The update introduces full console crossplay to the shooter, bringing Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch players together. The end result should be shorter matchmaking times and improved competition.
Console crossplay isn’t the only new feature added in the Bloodline update. It also adds enhancements such as the laceration effect. This effect inflicts a bleeding damage over time effect when knives, bear traps, or crossbows are used. In addition, the Donation Hub has been revamped to offer better rewards.
Lore-wise, Bloodline has players rediscovering their roots while dealing with a cult that is obsessed with “the old ways”. Players have a choice to make here: join the cult in its rites, or fight them. Those who choose the latter will need to work together to build a stronger community in order to survive.
