DCUO’s Anti-Monitor Anniversary Event Is Back To Celebrate 11th Years In Action
The events may be familiar, but the goodies are new.
Eleven years in DC Universe Online, and some things haven’t changed. The bad guys are still up to no good, generally planning world domination or just general chaos, the good guys are trying to stop them, or at least limit the chaos, and another year means the return of the Attack of the Anti-Monitor Anniversary Event.
As with previous iterations of this event, this year’s features an open-world mission, two raids – Centennial Collapse and Speed Force Flux, and the A Past Hope and Fear Solo. All of these are accessed via the Mission Journal under “Monitoring the Situation”. Of course, there are new things to look forward to. Those would be the rewards. There’s new gear inspired by Lex Luthor’s Battlesuit, two new collections, new Bleed Auras, and new boss statues and other items to decorate your base with.
Also included as part of the player anniversary rewards is a free character advance to CR310. This is obtained automatically upon login, along with Lex Corp Salvation Style gear, bleed material, and some posters for your base. Just be sure to log in before January 31 to get the character advance and related items.
