Despite Upcoming Closure, Warhaven Releases New Character Named Hatchet
Oddly enough, he doesn't use a hatchet.

On January 24th, Nexon announced that Warhaven would be shutting down later this year. Despite the sad revelation that the team battle game will not make it out of Early Access, a new character is being released today.
His name is Hatchet and, despite what the name suggests, he actually wields a large double-bladed great axe. He has the ability to toss foes around the battlefield and then spin to win his way to victory.
It does seem a bit odd that a game that is closing in April is still releasing new content like this, but obviously Hatchet was pretty much ready to go before the Warhaven closure was announced.
You can check out the full trailer below and play Hatchet today once the Warhaven maintenance is over this afternoon if, like me, you're interested in playing a dead game.
