ESO Gives Players Advice On How To Best Prepare For High Isle Launch Today
High Isle is available today for PC and Mac players.
The Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle arrives today for PC/Mac and on June 21 for consoles. The next big chapter to ESO has a new zone, storyline, the Tales of Tribute card game, and new adventures. To best prepare adventurers for the next leg in their journey, ESO has listed a few tips to help players best prepare for what’s to come.
High Isle is all about Bretons, so time to put on some shining armor and become the embodiment of knightly ideals. Players can join the Fighters Guild, perhaps acquire the One Hand and Shield weapon skill line, or they can simply use the Outfit System to look the part in either Breton Style, Daggerfall Covenant Style, Knight of the Circle Style, or Ebony Style.
Players who want an introduction to the kind of characters they’ll encounter during their adventures in High Isle should make their way to the Glenumbra zone, part of ESO’s base game content, and seek out adventure. Next, players that are looking to level up characters and gain some loot can venture into the Ascending Tide’s two DLC dungeons. The quests in these PvE activities set up the Legacy of the Bretons adventure to come while introducing some of the characters and villains players will encounter in the High Isle Chapter.
This next tip might seem a bit obvious, but players are going to want to make sure they have completed the High Isle Prologue in order to continue the storyline as soon as possible. Then finally, the last thing that ESO recommends is to study the new card game, Tales of Tribute. Thankfully, we already have a post that has you covered there.
While PC and Mac players can enjoy High Isle today, console players still have a bit of time to study and prepare for the newest ESO chapter and should take the time to do just that.
