Explore The Elysian Wilds Zone As Rise Of The Angry Earth Hits New World’s PTR Today
Devs are looking for feedback on the Rise of the Angry Earth Expansion.
Beginning today (September 12), and running through September 18, New World players will have the opportunity to offer Amazon feedback on the MMORPG’s next expansion, Rise of the Angry Earth.
The expansion is now available on the game’s PTR, which players can access via a special download on Steam. During the test, players will be able to offer feedback on several new features, including the Elysian Wilds Zone, the Rise of the Angry Earth MSQ, the revamp of earlier MSQ content, horse mounts, artifacts, flail, and more. Note that the kind of feedback they’re looking for is quality-related and not about the expansion’s overall design as that part of the work has been completed.
When creating a character on the PTR, players will be given a bit of help in the form of special armor and weapons, These are available in caches designed around main attribute builds. Everyone will have to create a new character, as their current characters can’t be transferred over. The good news is that this gives everyone who participates equal footing starting out.
Full details on the test period can be found on the New World site. The post also includes patch notes for the update. Since you have a bit before launch time today, why not get the full update on the new Flail weapon?
