Firefall's Next Update Adds New PvE Zone
Sitting at level 40 in Firefall and looking for something else to check out? You may want to head on over to Red 5 Studios' PTS as a lot of the new content planned for the game's upcoming update is ready to be tested.
The marquee addition in the upcoming patch is the new, level 40, PvE zone called Amazon Warzone. This zone finds the Chosen up to their old tricks and players will need to work together to maintain the area for the Accord while pushing back the Melding. New events and new Chosen types are included in the Amazon Warzone.
"Big Game Hunts" are also coming to Firefall. Twelve rare creatures spawn at various locations throughout the world and only elite hunters will be able to track them down, much less defeat them for their rewards.
Perhaps the most anticipated change is the new Reputation System, but details on that will have to wait a bit. Players can also look forward to new loot distribution tools and new ranged weapon modules.
Check out the Firefall news page for a list of all the latest updates on the forthcoming patch.
