Fortnite To Host We The People Event For July 4

By now, we're all pretty used to Fortnite hosting various streaming events where players can watch movies or enjoy concerts. This weekend players will get a slightly different experience. Tomorrow -- July 4 -- at 8:46 am Central time, Fortnite players will be able to watch ØPUS United's "We The People" in Party Royale.
We The People is a series of conversations about race in America that features well-known BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) individuals in a variety of fields. This event will be posted by Van Jones, with the rest of the panel being made up by Elaine Welteroth, former Editor-in-Chief of Teen Vogue, Jemele Hill, writer for The Atlantic, rapper and songwriter Killer Mike, and hip-hop musician Lil Baby. During the stream, the panel will discuss methods that can be used to change systemic racism in media, and entertainment.
Watching the stream operates the same way as previoius streams. Be sure that you've logged into Fortnite a bit ahead of time, and head to the Island's Big Screen in Party Royale. More detailed instructions can be found on the Fortnite site.
