Get Ready, Final Fantasy XIV’s Starlight Celebration Starts Soon
Finally, players are going to get a real Santa outfit.
It’s that time, and Square Enix has revealed the details (as much as they ever do) about this year’s Starlight Celebration in Final Fantasy XIV. As always, the celebration will offer players some special items once they’ve completed the event. For those of you who have been waiting to add a proper Coca Cola-style Santa costume to your glams, now is your time. The other reward – an illuminated chocobo topiary – is really only good for those with a house or who have done enough of their Island Sanctuary to have a place to put it.
As always, the MMORPG's festivities begin in Gridania. Players will need to look for the Bearded Lady at the theater. Her exact location can be found in the event’s announcement. The event will run a little over two weeks, ending on December 31.
